Stylus Marketing prints business cards, flyers, brochures, presentation folders, letterhead, notepads, booklets and door hangers in Oakville, with finishes including soft touch, UV gloss, foil and painted edges.
Print is the one thing on this list where the specification matters more than the design brief. Stock weight, finish and how it's folded change both the feel and the cost, and they're easy to get wrong on a supplier's website.

How the job runs
- Pick the stock and finish. We'll tell you which ones are worth paying for and which aren't for your job.
- Send print-ready art, or ask us to set it up. Bleed, trim and safe margins matter here — a card trimmed 1mm off is a reprint.
- Approve the proof. Digital as standard; a physical proof on request for large runs.
- Print, finish, deliver. 5–7 business days for most jobs.
What the price depends on
We quote every job rather than publish a rate card, because these change the number more than anything else:
- Quantity — print has steep quantity breaks, so 1,000 often costs little more than 500
- Stock weight and finish (matte, gloss, soft touch, UV, foil, painted edge)
- Single or double sided
- Size and folding
- Turnaround
Questions we get asked
How many business cards should I order?
The jump from 250 to 500 is small; 500 to 1,000 is smaller still. If the details won't change for a year, order 1,000. If a title or number might change, don't.
What is soft touch, and is it worth it?
A laminate with a suede feel. It costs more and it's the single finish people comment on when handed a card. Worth it on cards, rarely worth it on flyers.
Why do my colours look different from my screen?
Screens emit light, paper reflects it. Deep blues and bright oranges shift the most. Send CMYK artwork and ask for a physical proof if an exact colour matters.
Can you design the card as well?
Yes. Artwork setup is included on straightforward jobs; a full design from scratch is quoted separately.
