Embroidery stitches your logo into the garment with thread. The artwork is first turned into a stitch file — digitizing — which is a one-time cost per design. After that the same file runs on every order you ever place with us.

How the job runs
- Send the logo. Any clear image works — embroidery is redrawn as stitches anyway, so vector isn't essential here.
- We digitize it. A one-time charge per design. If we've stitched your logo before, this is waived — tell us and we'll check.
- Approve the preview. You see the stitch layout and the thread colours against the garment.
- Stitch and finish. Trimmed, backing removed, folded by size.
What the price depends on
We quote every job rather than publish a rate card, because these change the number more than anything else:
- Stitch count — a detailed logo takes longer than a simple one
- How many pieces
- How many places it's stitched
- The garment
- Digitizing, once per design (not per order)

What is digitizing, and why is it charged?
It's converting your logo into a stitch file — the path the needle follows. It's skilled work and it's done once per design, not per order. If we've stitched your logo before, there's nothing to pay.
How much does embroidery cost?
Garment plus stitching, and the stitching is priced by stitch count and quantity. A left-chest logo on a polo is at the low end; a large back design is several times that.
Will embroidery work on a cap?
Yes, and it's the usual choice. Front panels, side panels and the back strap can all be stitched. Very fine detail struggles on a structured front panel.
How small can the text be?
About 5mm tall as a floor. Below that the letters close up. We'll tell you on the preview if something won't hold.
Does embroidery last longer than printing?
On garments that get washed constantly, yes — thread doesn't crack or fade the way a print eventually can. That's why uniforms and workwear are usually stitched.
