Stylus Marketing makes vinyl banners, retractable banner stands, coroplast yard signs, PVC and aluminium panels, foamcore boards, sandwich boards and adhesive vinyl graphics in Oakville, for events, sites and storefronts across the GTA.
Most sign jobs come down to two questions: is it indoors or out, and how long does it need to last. That decides the material, and the material decides the price far more than the printing does.
Best forEvents, trade shows, construction sites, open houses, storefronts, real estate.

What’s included
- Printing, cutting and finishing
- Hemming and grommets on vinyl banners
- Hardware where it applies — stands, frames, stakes, brackets
- A proof at size before printing
How the job runs
- Tell us where it goes. Indoor or outdoor, how long it's up, how it's mounted. That picks the material.
- Send artwork or ask us to design it. We set up the bleed and the safe area; large format is unforgiving about edges.
- Approve the proof. At size, so text you thought was readable from the road actually is.
- Print, finish, collect or ship. Grommets, hems, stakes and frames fitted before it leaves.
What the price depends on
We quote every job rather than publish a rate card, because these change the number more than anything else:
- Size — this dominates everything else
- Material: coroplast, vinyl, foamcore, PVC, aluminium, acrylic
- Single or double sided
- Finishing: hems, grommets, lamination, cut-to-shape
- Hardware and, for permanent signs, installation
Questions we get asked
What's the difference between coroplast and foam board?
Coroplast is corrugated plastic — waterproof, light, cheap, and what yard signs are made of. Foamcore is paper faced over foam: crisper for indoor display boards and presentations, but it warps outdoors. Outside, use coroplast. Inside, foamcore looks better.
What size banner do I need behind a table at a trade show?
For an 8-person photo or a standard 10×10 booth back wall, an 8ft wide backdrop is the usual answer. Behind a 6ft table, a 6ft banner or two retractable stands either side works better than one oversized piece.
How much does a retractable banner cost in Canada?
It depends on the stand, not the print — an economy stand with a printed graphic sits well under a premium wide-base unit with a replaceable cassette. Tell us how often it travels and we'll say which is worth it.
Will an outdoor banner survive winter?
A hemmed and grommeted 13oz vinyl banner will, if it's tensioned so it can't flap. Wind kills banners far more often than weather does — ask for wind slits on anything spanning a fence.
