Orange Tree Foundation Annual Dinner Event Branding

Project Overview

Orange Tree Foundation Canada helps high-achieving youth build a path to independence through education, with an all-inclusive program that includes higher education scholarships. For their Annual Dinner 2026, they needed event materials that welcomed guests, recognised their sponsors and shared the foundation's mission with everyone in the room.

Our Solution

We produced a coordinated set of signage and print for the evening, carrying the foundation's colours and message from the entrance to every table.

Materials Produced

• Telescopic banner backdrop at the entrance, featuring the foundation and its sponsors

• X-stand banners inside the hall presenting the foundation's program, mission and vision

• Flyers for the foundation and its sponsors, packed into the guest goodie bags

• Branded notebooks for the goodie bags

Impact

From the photo backdrop at the door to the goodie bags on each table, guests saw one consistent message about the foundation's work and the sponsors who make it possible.
