How the job runs
- Tell us the budget per person and the occasion. That narrows thousands of items to a handful worth showing you.
- We send options with real prices. Including the decoration, not just the item.
- Approve the proof. Your logo on the item, at size, in the right colours.
- Production and delivery. 2–3 weeks is typical; some items are faster.

We quote every job rather than publish a rate card, because these change the number more than anything else:
- The item itself
- Quantity — most items have real breaks at 50, 100, 250
- Decoration method and how many colours or positions
- Setup per item, per decoration
- Whether it's stocked in Canada or coming from overseas
Questions we get asked
What promotional items are best for a corporate event?
Things people carry home and use: a decent tote, a solid drinkbottle, a notebook worth writing in. The cheapest possible item costs you the same distribution effort and gets thrown away — which is worse than not giving one.
How long do promotional products take?
Two to three weeks for stocked Canadian items. Overseas manufacture is six to ten weeks. If you have an event date, tell us the date first and we'll only show you things that can make it.
Can I get a sample before ordering?
Yes. We can order a blank sample, and for larger orders a pre-production sample with your logo on it. Both are worth it if the item is unfamiliar.
Is there a minimum order for branded drinkware?
Usually 25 to 50 depending on the item and how it's decorated. Engraved items sometimes go lower.
